What implementation includes

  • Restaurant-specific spaces, packages, prices, minimums, policies, and booking-window configuration.
  • A restaurant-branded EventQuote widget and installation assistance for one venue website.
  • Coordinator email routing, dashboard unread state, timed email escalation, and an optional guest receipt.
  • Square connection and the approved invoice/deposit handoff completed before client go-live.
  • Pre-launch QA and one configuration revision.

After the included period

The first five paid venue locations receive a protected $149/month per-location rate while continuously active. Standard pricing after the founding allocation is $199/month per location.

Month-to-monthCancel before the first renewal and owe no subscription charge. After renewal, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid monthly period. EventQuote adds no transaction fee; Square fees remain separate.

The owner-approved implementation/refund policy, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and billing authorization must be presented before any charge is taken.
